The Truth About Truth and Why Society is Unraveling

I don't know about you, but it seems to me that increasingly, a significant portion of our society seems to be in a state of confusion. It's as though the culture is unraveling, spiraling out of control. I was watching television this evening and the guest essentially told the host that there are many truths, he had his truth on the matter, she has hers and there are other truths. That struck me because I believe that the root of all this confusion can be found with two things: the quest for an acceptable truth and the rejection of the real truth.
